Items are shipped domestically via USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days). Please note additional time for handling: products are shipped within 3-5 business days from the time your order is placed.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International customers have the choice of receiving shipments via USPS First Class mail (shipping time varies by destination) or USPS Priority Mail International (6-10 business days). Please note additional time for handling: products are shipped within 3-5 business days from the time your order is placed. Please also note that USPS First Class mail does not offer package tracking service. Duties and taxes on international shipments are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid upon receipt of goods.

Once an order is given to a USPS carrier the item becomes that carrier's responsibility and Blackbird Underpinnings is no longer liable. Blackbird Underpinnings is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged while in transit to a destination outside of the USA.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We take pride in delivering the highest quality merchandise and, most importantly, we want you to be completely happy with your lovely new underthings. That said, should you have any issue with your purchase, we are more than happy to accept returns and exchanges that adhere to our policy below.
Merchandise may be returned within 14 days of receipt if items are unworn and in perfect condition, with all tags still attached and in their original packaging. We are not able to refund shipping fees associated with your purchase or return.
Please note that underwear MUST be tried on over your own undergarments. For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept underwear that has been tried on in direct skin contact.
Finally, we only offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color. Exchanges for different items must be completed as a return and separate order. Please email info@blackbirdunderpinnings.com if you have questions.
In order to process a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
1. Email info@blackbirdunderpinnings.com with the subject line "Return/Exchange Request"
2. We will send you a return form to complete and include in the return shipment
3. Place the item in its original packaging with the completed return form
4. Ship via USPS to:

Please note that customers are responsible for paying their own return postage. Returns must be sent using USPS, and we encourage you to select Priority Mail with tracking, as Blackbird Underpinnings is not responsible for lost merchandise.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and whether or not is has been approved. Please allow ten business days for a return or exchange to be processed. For approved refunds, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Depending on your credit card company, this process may take up to a week. Please note that sale items are not returnable.
